Description

Soup or snack crakers

Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup WholeWheat Pastry Flour, or 1 cup pastry flour and .5 cup of rice flour
  • .25 tsp Sea Salt
  • 2 tbsp Unrefined oil
  • 4 tbsp Water
Instructions
  1. Mix the flour and salt.

  2. Add the oil and rub in well by hand.

  3. Add enough water to make a knead-able dough.

  4. Knead 5 minutes.

  5. Roll out the dough to desired thickness and cut into shapes

  6. Place on an oiled cookie sheet.

  7. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 325 degrees Fahrenheit. (Crackers can also be deep fried in oil.)

  8. Alternatives

    For added crispness, try the rice flour.
