Description

Cookies made with a chocolate Cake Mix. Nice and delicious.

1 Box Chocolate Cake Mix (Recommend Duncan Hines)

¹⁄₂ Cup Olive Oil

¹⁄₄ Cup Water (Recommend using Reverse Osmosis Water)

1 Each Whole large egg

2 Cups Chocolate Chips (or peanut butter chips optional) (1 1/2 to 2 cups Chocolate chips are recommended by original recipe)

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350° Fahrenheit. Open the cake mix and pour into a medium mixing bowl. Add to the cake mix the olive oil, water and egg in that order and mix until smooth. Then fold in the chocolate chips. Drop by the spoonful onto Silpat® sheets or other silicone cookie sheets or greased cookie sheet, or form into balls and roll in sugar.

Bake in oven at 350°F for 12 to 14 minutes.
